衞生極差。灰塵遍佈房間，床頭燈、吹風機袋佈滿灰塵卻無人打理。住了一晚身上有被蟲子叮咬，與前台溝通後至今無迴應！ 房間設施較新，酒店外景色也很好，露天泳池很棒。但房間不提供任何一次性用品，雖然可以通過前台要取，但在旺季期間整個過程過於繁瑣，酒店服務效率很差。

( Context - We had a soccer tournament) Great modern place to stay that is central to all the happenings around restaurants, shops (Broadbeach & Pacific Fair), great beaches, grass areas, soccer pitches and BBQ places. The pool is a great addition to chill out on the cushion beds. Would love to have access to sauna & steam room without extra costs, but the gym and outdoor spa (Star Building) were adequate for some post game recovery. We didn't need housekeeping during the 7-day stay, and would have loved to get some offset credits for it, though we got 2 × $10 vouchers at checkout. Highly recommend the place for sure.

放假很好，工作人員也非常熱情，詢問前台哪裡可以用微波爐，前台直接讓工作人員把微波爐送到了房間裡，遺憾的是入住時泳池關閉了沒有體驗到有一點遺憾，其他一切都很好

Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Aside from these, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carter at the front desk for making us feel right at home. 黃金海岸的帝盛酒店位置很不錯，距離大型購物中心Pacific Fair就一條街的距離，周圍吃的很多，10分鐘可以走到海邊，酒店門口就是Tram Station。房間的設施也不錯，帶小陽台，打開可以看到海。只是淋浴水量比較小，地板沾水有一點滑。除此之外，特別點讚前台Carter，讓人有賓至如歸之感。 - Chinese Customers

Amazing we love it, thank you for your service little surprise for our anniversary celebration - and your staff from front/ housekeeping, manager and Jin cafe is lovely. We will be back. Ps love the ideas of ops out for house keeping and get $10 voucher. We don’t like getting out room done so definitely love it. We got iced matcha latte. From Room 11501 18/09 - 21/09.

主動幫忙行李送到房間很不錯，房間內沒有水，tram站到酒店維修要繞很遠走的很累。酒店內枕頭太軟不太舒服。朋友有一天在pool那層打電話被沒人檢查的情況下鎖在那出不去，還好帶了手機不然不敢想。

Hotel is conveniently located to my work. Limited amenities in the room. However after dialling to front desk, housekeeping brought up slippers and even microwave oven quickly. I booked the room rate with breakfast, breakfast buffet was ok. For the convenience, I will be happy to stay here again for my work 訂房網站. I am really looking forward to the Andaz Gold Coast that is under construction in the nearby tower.
